Full-time
- Start at around 5:00 am or start at around 3:00 pm, depending on duty schedule
- 8 working hours per day (including meal hour), on shift and roster duties
Half-time
- 6-day work week, 6 hours per day, start at around 3:00 pm – 5:00 pm
Hourly-Rated ($87/hr)
- 18 hours or above per week
- Flexible working hours
- Lai Chi Kwok, Tsing Yi, Kowloon Bay, Tseung Kwan O, Shatin, Tai Po, Sheung Shui, Tuen Mun, Yuen Long or Tin Shui Wai
- We provide shuttle bus service for sign-on and sign-off

- Form 5 or above
- At least 1 year in clerical/administrative capacity. Experience in customer service is preferable
- Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English
- Good command of computer skills. Proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint is preferred
- Self-motivated, independent and good communication skills
- Provide clerical and administrative supports to Operations Section
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondences and reports; and maintain proper filing records

- Completed Form 6 or above with 3 years of working experience (including at least 1 year at supervisory level); or

- Manage the performance of frontline operations staff

- Handle duty dispatch of bus and crew in various depots
- Responsible for terminus management and maintain bus stop facilities
- 9 working hours per day and 6 working days per week, on shift (including overnight duties) and on roster

- Completion of secondary education or equivalent(Applicants with relevant working experience but without educational qualification may also be considered)

- Knowledge on working hour guidelines of bus captain under Hong Kong Franchise Bus Service
- Manage daily operation in bus terminus. To have close monitoring on real time route operation and adjust bus service according to manpower and traffic condition in order to provide a reliable, stable and punctual bus service
- Manage bus captain performance and provide active assistance to bus captains and any other staff in need
- Manage bus terminus facilities maintenance and hygiene condition and maintain order of bus stacking and parking in bus terminus.
- Execute bus operation order and propose improvement measure if necessary
- Provide real-time and accurate ETA info to passengers via bus operation computer system
- Answer passenger enquiry on bus service and related items
- Manage the passenger queuing arrangement of bus terminus or bus stop
- Ensure proper implementation of various quality and safety management systems at bus terminus
- Perform any other bus operations related tasks that assigned by immediate supervisor
- Basic working hours is 8 hours per duty day, overtime duty is required subject to the service period of the assigned bus terminus or duty, on shift and roster duty
