Summer and Autumn Discount! LWB issues the 3rd round of Concessionary Pre-paid Group Tickets offering discounts up to 25%

 Long Win Bus Company Limited (“LWB”) is pleased to introduce a new round of its pre-paid group ticket scheme for passengers travelling together on 13 LWB Airbus Routes (“A” Routes) and offering a fare discount of up to 25%. Available from 7 July 2018 to 31 October 2018, the scheme enables passengers to enjoy comfortable and convenient journeys to and from the Airport during the summer, Mid- Autumn Festival and the Chinese National Day holidays.  

The group tickets will be available at the LWB Customer Service and Ticket Office at the Airport, KMB’s Tuen Mun and Sha Tin Customer Service Centres.

Passengers can choose a group of two, group of three or group of four single-journey ticket, which entitles them to a fare discount of 15%, 20% and 25% respectively, saving a maximum of $30.8 per trip.

Example 1 Rt. A43/ A43P from Fanling Luen Wo Hui to the Airport: the fare of four adults is $30.9 x 4 = $123.6. A LWB group ticket for four offers 25% off and sells at $92.8, saving $30.8 in total. The discounted fare is $23.2 per adult, each saving $7.7.

Example 2 Rt. A33/ A33X/ A33P from Tuen Mun to the Airport: the fare of four adults is $27.7 x 3 = $83.1. A LWB group ticket for three offers 20% off and sells at $$66.6, saving $16.5 in total. The discounted fare is $22.2 per adult, each saving $5.5.

Terms and Conditions:

1. The pre-paid group ticket is only applicable on designated LWB “A” Routes for a single journey from the Airport to the New Territories or vice versa.

2. Passengers must travel together in a group of two, group of three or group of four and have to show the respective pre-paid group ticket to the bus captain before depositing the ticket into the coin box upon boarding.

3. Passengers can choose a group of two, group of three or group of four single-journey group ticket, which entitles two, three or four passengers respectively to travel together on the designated “A” route. 

4. The price per person illustrates the average price per person for a single journey of the designated “A” Route Group Ticket. Passengers travelling in groups must purchase the group tickets in the same transaction.

5. Each group can purchase a maximum of two group tickets in the same transaction.

6. The “A” Route group ticket discount may not be used in conjunction with any BBI or fare concession payable by Octopus card.

7. Group tickets sold are non-refundable.

8. Lost or damaged tickets will not be entertained.

9. The group tickets are valid until 31 October 2018.
