KMB x LWB FUN Redemption Earn Points by Taking Bus to Redeem your Rewards
KMB and LWB introduce the new rewards scheme “FUN Redemption”. To participate in the scheme, passengers need to register via App1933 and travel by bus to earn points. The more rides you take, the more KMB and LWB gifts for you to redeem!
Register to earn points More Rides, More Points
Passengers need to register their Octopus number though App1933 from 1 October to 31 December in order to participate in the “FUN Redemption”, receiving 200 points upon first registration. During the promotion period, passengers using a registered valid Octopus Card or Octopus product to take any bus routes* operated by KMB or LWB can earn 0.1 point for every $0.1 spent. One box of 3-layer surgical masks (30 pieces) can be earned for 400 points. Gifts of KMB and LWB will be progressively introduced, so more surprises are coming!
The point conversion is the total amount after any discount, and the promotion does not apply to the KMB Monthly Pass. Passengers can check points accumulated over the previous eight days on the registered valid Octopus device.
*Excluding jointly operated bus routes which are not operated by KMB and LWB, and Routes K12, K14, K17 and K18.

In order to redeem the gift, passengers should present the Octopus card or Octopus product at one of 11 designated locations before 31 January 2021.

Upgraded KMB Monthly Pass Winter Wow Reward
The KMB Monthly Pass Wow Rewards are being upgraded. Passengers who purchase a Pass with the effective date starting from 1 October to 31 December can earn one box of 3-layer surgical masks (50 pieces). The redemption locations will be increased to eleven from 16 October. (The redemption locations and service times are the same as for the “FUN Redemption”.)
Moreover, Passengers who have purchased or extended a Pass with the effective day in September can also enjoy an upgraded reward, receiving one box of 3-layer surgical masks (50 pieces).
