System upgrade affects Customer Service Hotline and LiveChat service
In response to the system upgrade, KMB Customer Service Hotline (2745-4466), LWB Customer Service Hotline (2261-2791) and LiveChat service will end at 9:30 p.m. on March 5, 2021 (Friday). The service will be resumed normal at 7:00 a.m. on the next day. Passengers may listen to the route recording information, leave a voice message, or search the route details on KMB and LWB websites and App1933. We apologise for the inconvenience caused.
