KMB Route 5R Upgrades to Daily Service More Convenient for Passengers Travelling to Kai Tak Cruise Terminal
From 26 July 2021 (Monday), KMB will upgrade Route 5R to daily services to facilitate passengers travelling to and from Kai Tak Cruise Terminal and Kwun Tong (apm) and other districts during summer holidays. Details are as follows:

Interchange fare discount for Route 5R
Passengers can travel to and from different districts of Kowloon and the New Territories and Kwun Tong by interchanging to over 50 KMB routes at multiple bus stops on Kwun Tong Road, including Ngau Tau Kok Station (Platform V4) and apm Millennium City 5 (Platform D1). Passengers using Octopus Card for fare payment can enjoy a $2 discount on the second leg of the journey.
