KMB launches Free Ride Days (Cross-Harbour Routes) for Senior Citizens (the Second Week)

KMB launches “Free Ride Days (Cross-Harbour Routes) for Senior Citizens” in November. The event comes to the second week, tomorrow (13 November) and the day after tomorrow (14 November), allowing the elderly to take free rides on up to 81 routes. KMB will arrange staff and volunteers to various bus stops tomorrow to share the skills of using App1933 with the elderly.

For seven consecutive weekends in November, KMB has offered elder passengers free rides on 81 cross-harbour routes operated by KMB through the “Rebate-after-ride” arrangement. By using the Elder Octopus card or relevant Octopus products to pay the fare, the elderly can collect the fare rebate through the Octopus Service Points or via Octopus App after ten working days or within 30 days after the riding.

On the second week of the event, KMB staff and volunteers will go to the following bus stops tomorrow to introduce some simple steps of using App1933 to the elderly. The elderly can get the bus information more easily. Details are as follows:
