KMB would like to thank the passengers for their trust at all times. However, with the worsening epidemic situation, it is expected that the number of absent employees will continue to increase, which will bring severe impacts on our services and cause inconvenience to the passengers. We would like to apologise and seek the understanding of the public.
To protect our staff and passengers, KMB has required every frontline staff member to conduct Rapid Antigen Test (RAT) daily before work. KMB has also stepped up disinfection in bus stops, bus compartments and depots. KMB would like to express our gratitude to the Government for providing sufficient RAT kits for our frontline colleagues to conduct tests every day.
Passengers may call the KMB Customer Service Hotline on 2745-4466 or visit KMB website www.kmb.hk or App1933 for more details.
