Latest arrangements of KMB Customer Service (Update)

To tie in with infection control and prevention measures, KMB Customer Service has the following arrangements:

 

1. Tuen Mun Road Bus Interchange Customer Service Centre (Kowloon bound) will be closed until 23 March;

2. The service hours of Shatin, Tsim Sha Tsui, Tuen Mun Central, Tuen Mun Road Bus Interchange (Tuen Mun bound) and Yue Man Square Customer Service Centres will be changed to 11:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. (lunch break: 2:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m.) until further notice;

3. The service hours of Lost and Found Service in Kowloon Bay Depot will be changed to 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (lunch break: 1:00 p.m. – 2:00 p.m.), on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays (except Public Holidays), until further notice; and

4. The redemption location in Kowloon Bay Depot will be changed to 2:00p.m. to 5 p.m., on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays (except Public Holidays), until further notice.
