KMB Head of Human Resources Department Cindy Lui says, “We have many departments in KMB and LWB. Even if you start off as a frontline worker such as bus captain or operational staff, you could be promoted to back-office positions in one of the departments and even join our management team. We hope to attract talents from different industries joining us by providing competitive benefits and a clear career ladder.”

She adds the recruitment work of KMB has never been stopped. With the economic activities gradually restarting, KMB will be launching a series of recruitment activities. Members of different ethnicities are also welcomed for an inclusive working environment.
