Save $3 for every round trip using the $1 Bus-Rail Interchange concession
KMB collaborates with MTRC to provide a Bus-Rail Interchange concession for the interchange between Route 78A and MTR. Adult Octopus Card users taking Route 78A and entering the gate at MTR Fanling Station within 90 minutes, or taking Route 78A within 90 minutes after departing from MTR Fanling Station, may enjoy a $1 discount on their second trip.
The Bus-Rail Interchange concession can be combined with a fare discount at KMB Fare Saver. Passengers with their Octopus Card tapped at the Fare Saver located at Shan Lai Court could enjoy the first $1 discount when using the same card to travel on Route 78A. They can then enjoy this $1 Bus-Rail Interchange concession when entering MTR Fanling Station. When they exit from MTR Fanling Station and interchange to Route 78A for Queen’s Hill, they are entitled to enjoy another $1 fare reduction. In other words, passengers can save $3 on a round-trip.
