Exclusive to student: KMB Monthly Pass Buy 2 Get 1 Free

 The Kowloon Motor Bus Co. (1933) Ltd ("KMB") has launched a new "KMB Monthly Pass Buy 2 Get 1 Free" offer to students who are also our club1933 members. During the promotion period, eligible students can enjoy a $780 Octopus rebate, which is equivalent to the "Buy 2 Get 1 Free" offer, by purchasing and activating the first KMB Monthly Pass (the “Pass”), and then purchasing two Passes consecutively, and completing the registration.

“KMB Monthly Pass Buy 2 Get 1 Free” for students

From 17 August to 31 October, eligible students, who are club1933 members, purchase and activate the first KMB Monthly Pass with their Octopus or Octopus product with valid "Student Status" and buy two more Passes consecutively after successful registration can enjoy the rebate. $780 will be refunded to the Octopus card via the Octopus mobile app or at the Octopus Service Station within ten working days to 30 days after the third Pass was activated, which is equivalent to the "Buy 2 Get 1 Free" offer.

Free exquisitely-designed pins to Participants

Students participating in the promotional activities can also get a set of three exquisitely-designed pins. Passengers can check the redemption details and obtain the redemption code at “club1933” within ten to 30 working days after the Pass was activated. Passengers could collect the pins at Customer Service Centres located at Tsim Sha Tsui Star Ferry Bus Terminus, Sha Tin Central Bus Terminus, or Kwun Tong Yu Man Square on the designated dates. Free LWB rides with KMB Monthly Pass

During the promotion period until 30 September 2022, KMB Monthly Pass holders can enjoy free rides on all 53 routes operated by LWB via the “Rebate-after-ride” arrangement. Passengers pay the fare first by using an Octopus Card or an Octopus product loaded with a valid KMB Monthly Pass when boarding LWB bus routes, then collect the full fare rebate through Octopus App or Octopus Service Point.

The relevant trips will not be counted in the ten daily trips of the KMB Monthly Pass.

KMB Monthly Pass is applicable to the Government’s "Public Transport Fare Subsidy Scheme". Pass holders can take ten trips per day. The pass is applicable to over 400 bus routes operated by KMB (except Routes K12, K14, K17, K18, P960 and P968).
