KMB Route 261X extends to So Kwun Wat Route 276C introduces Yuen Long bound departures
From 5 September 2022 (Monday), KMB will enhance the services of Route 261X [So Kwun Wat ⇋ Fanling (Cheung Wah)] and Route 276C [Tin Shui Wai Station ⇋ Fanling (Cheung Wah)]. The terminus of Route 261X will be extended from Tuen Mun Central to So Kwun Wat, and the routeing will be changed by omitting Yuen Long, making it faster to travel between Tuen Mun and Sheung Shui. Route 276C will extend to Fanling (Cheung Wah) with additional frequency and Yuen Long bound services, allowing Yuen Long and Tin Shui Wai residents to go to Fanling directly.
New choice for So Kwun Wat residents to travel to and from North District
Route 261X will extend from Tuen Mun Central to So Kwun Wat, travelling via Gold Coast, Sam Shing Estate, Chi Lok Fa Yuen, Tuen Mun Central, and Hung Kiu. It will omit Yuen Long and travel to Sheung Shui and Fanling directly. The frequency will also be adjusted, providing residents with faster bus services between Tuen Mun and North District. Routes extension
More convenient between Yuen Long and Fanling
Route 276C will extend the routeing and change the terminus from Sheung Shui Bus Terminus to Fanling (Cheung Wah). It will newly travel via Cheung Lung Wai Estate, Ching Ho Estate, Fanling Station, Wah Sum Estate, and Flora Plaza and introduce Tin Shui Wai bound service and departures. Details are as follows:
Additional services and frequencies will be added to Tin Shui Wai bound via Cheung Lung Wai Village, Ching Ho Village, Fanling Station, Wah Sum Village, and Flora Plaza.

Route diversion of Routes 261S, 276 and 276P
Starting on the same day, Routes 261S [Tuen Mun (Po Tin Estate) à Sheung Shui (Tin Ping)], 276 [Tin Tsz ⇋ Sheung Shui], and 276P [Tin Shui Wai Station ⇋ Sheung Shui] will have bus stop adjustments due to route diversion. Details are as follows:
